I had an amazing experience at Furniture Outlet & More. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The selection was impressive, with high-quality furniture at really fair prices compared to other places I checked out.

Moe has a great eye for quality and design. He took the time to understand my vision and guided me toward pieces that not only fit my space perfectly but also brought a polished, upscale feel to my home. There was never any pressure—just genuine professionalism and confidence in what he offers. What stood out most was how seamless he made the entire process. Every detail was handled with care, and it felt less like a typical shopping trip and more like a curated experience.

From the first time I walked in the Furniture Outlet & More I received the warmest welcome ever! from the entire staff. As I was asked what I was interested in Omar & Mohamed listened very carefully and suggested that I take a look at the store’s catalog as well the website & they also help me with the color schemes for my dining room chairs they’re so very lovely to match the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ premium dinette table I had been longing for these guys are very patient & helpful, professional attitudes only. Please stop by & get top quality customer service & top shelf furniture like I did with free delivery and set up! Thank you guys, I’ll be back 🤗

Great furniture at a good price. Omar communicated with me and kept me informed as to when the furniture was being shipped. We had a slight delay but he was accommodating and honest. You can't beat that! They definitely can work on delivery but overall it's one of the best companies in the city especially given the price.

Moe helped me with my purchase. His customer service was amazing! I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision and I could tell that he really cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. He answered all of my questions and even took the time to send me a few suggestions he thought I might like. Super nice! The delivery process was smooth! They gave me a 2 hour delivery window and actually delivered within the window - that never happens! And the delivery guys were super quick and very nice. They made sure things were placed exactly where I wanted and even offered to throw out the trash! I’m actually writing this review while sitting comfortably on my new couch! I also purchased two bar stools and I love them - they are even cuter in person than they were online! I love my furniture, the pricing was great, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish!
